Cancellation Policy

Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we respectfully ask you to notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or “no shows” will cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation 30% of the service may be charged. We completely understand that things happen last minute and we will be sympathetic in these circumstances. No future appointments will be booked until fees are paid.
